AI/Ml Developer

🧭 About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer to help build an intelligent, multi-agent financial operating system that simplifies bookkeeping, accounting, compliance, and financial advisory for businesses and individuals.

You will work closely with product designers, backend engineers, and domain experts to implement machine learning pipelines, intelligent agents, and LLM-based automation for core accounting and financial tasks.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI/ML models for transaction classification, anomaly detection, and document understanding (OCR + NLP).
• Develop and deploy multi-agent AI systems using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Implement natural language processing (NLP) pipelines for summarization, document extraction, and conversational interfaces.
• Integrate LLMs and RAG pipelines (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) for contextual responses and report generation.
• Optimize cash flow prediction, tax estimation, and financial forecasting models using supervised and time-series data.
• Collaborate with full-stack and DevOps teams to integrate models into the production environment (APIs, microservices).
• Apply prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and embedding techniques to adapt LLMs to specific financial domains.
• Continuously monitor and improve model accuracy, fairness, and performance using real-world data.

🧠 Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Hands-on experience with NLP libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers, Langchain)
• Experience with multi-agent AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Microsoft AutoGen, CrewAI)
• Knowledge of time-series forecasting, anomaly detection, and clustering
• Experience building or fine-tuning LLMs or embedding-based search (RAG)
• Solid understanding of ML lifecycle – from data prep to deployment (MLFlow, FastAPI, Docker)
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant)
• Experience working with financial or transactional datasets is a big plus

• Experience in fintech, accounting, or enterprise SaaS
• Exposure to prompt engineering and chatbot development
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance frameworks
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
